My semester

Hello everyone!!

Today we have the possibility of choose the topic we will write about, so I will write about my semester in general, because I need to take that feelings out.

At first, I'll talk about the unusual way to start it. The last semester we, as students, had a two-month strike, so we finished it late, that’s way the authorities of the university eliminate the winter holidays. That’s the reason we start this semester without the appropriate rest. So, I begin this semester really tired, besides, the last semester I had to make many exams, so I only had two days for rest, just a weekend.

From that, everything goes with difficulties. Also, I worked and be teacher assistant, and take seven subjects, so the semester begins to turned really complicate.

Everything was going similar to others semesters, until I took a job for a week in full time modality, from then everything turned black jajaja because I had to postpone some homework, so they was accumulating, making this worst for me. After my participation in this job, I fell sick of everything was possible jaja, and that makes me miss some classes, and continue postponing and accumulating more things.

From then, I begin to resist everything in the better way I could. Now, I still have to do some evaluations, and I am failing one subject L for the first time in the career. I`m tired and hating the university, I just want to watch movies and tv series, like The Walking Dead, Narcos or Breaking Bad.

Everything was like a snow ball, and I felt desperate like never before. But I learned many things, like is more important to care my health, and enjoy the time with my family and friends, and, obviously learn to organize better my time and activities.

The good things that happened was: I turned better in my job, I won a scholarship to do a semester in Spain the next year, my investigation in Qualitative Methods, realize that I’m stronger than I thought and became couple with my best friend <3 jaja

Ambitions

Today, I'll write this as an interview jaja

What your ambition is:

Ambitions means two things, the first one, is a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work. And also, means just a desire and determination. I don’t like that word, I prefer to use just expectations.

In my case, I really want to be a Singer, famous or not. That’s the reason that I’m starting a karaoke Singer career.

Why you would like to achieve this ambition:

Because of my fans, at the moment I have just one, but I think that in the future I could have more. That’s the reason why.

Who or what inspired your ambition:

Since I was a child, I always admired Luis Jara and “Little Shine”, in Spanish you can call her Lucerito.

What it would mean to you to fulfil your ambition:

It means to me a lot, if only I can reach the ego of Lucho, and the voice of Little shine, i could be the best artist in the whole world

Mention anything else you think is important:

Actually, Luis hosted the matinal TV show Mucho gusto. But a long time ago, Luis made an interview to robbie Williams, a famous Singer, and made it in a very bad english language. I really dont want to talk like him, or Luis Pinto or Carlitos Tevez. That motivates me to learn English, and make my dreams come true.

Practice

Today, we had to practice our reading, listening and vocabulary on a web site, and identify in which one of these areas we are more or less prepared.

I thought that the reading was the most difficult think for me, but in that I had better scores than other. I thought that listening was really easy for me, and my scores was good, but not better than reading. Finally, my worst achievement was in vocabulary jaja.

I would like to get even better in the listening, because I think that is the most important, with the time, If I have a good listening comprehension, I will getting better in the other areas. 

Also I'm worried about my vocabulary, I will try to practice more this thing.

My favorite artist

In every post, Beatriz makes us choose just one of everything, and that's really difficult always, and in this opportunity is the same :( I think that is difficult to choose one favorite artist, because there is many kind of artistic expressions. So, I'll write about one chosen randomly. When I was a child, my big brother listened many music, but no always I liked that, but there was one band that I liked really much, I am talking about Illapu. Illapu is a Chilean music band, and they genre is the Andean folklore. I can't remember when I listened they for the very first time, but I can imagine that would be when I was 4 years old. They leader is Roberto Marquez, in 2011 I went to a familiar protest with my brother and my mother and we take a photo with him, because they was playing in the protest end :)My favorite song is Baila Caporal, I love to dance that song in the concerts. Tomorrow, they will play in Movistar Arena to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the band, I would like to go, but I don't know if I can go yet. On the other hand, I am totally in love with the Christopher Nolan's movies, my favorite is Inception, where Leonardo di Caprio was the leading role. Every time that I see that movie I feel moved. I like Interstellar too. By the way, I like Kevin Johansen a lot and Sia, also Janis Joplin, and many many else.

And I like "que no peleen" boy too.

A job I would like to have

Hello everyone!
Today I'll write about an specific job that I would like to have, but before I'd like to mention some things about some jobs that I have had in the past.
I have had many jobs, and the most part are different between they. One time I worked as a promotora of chilean cheeses, also like a cashier in a roasted chicken store, even I worked as a executive in a call-center. Unfortunately, that jobs didn't like me. But, since the last year I work in different things related with the teaching. Last year I worked teaching maths to ten-years-old children in a school located en La Pintana, also I began to work as a teacher assistant in an institute of financial studies, in math and statistics, in addition I began to work at the Planetarium of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. With all of that, I realize that I love to teach, no matter what, math, statistics, things related to astronomy, everything. So, I decided study physics in the future, to make classes in highs chool. I think that teach would be my dreamed job. Well, also I love sociology, so, if I can teach physics in half time, and be sociologist in half time, that would be perfect.

But, I have to say that I always want to be astronaut, and go to Mars, and float in the air :)
